Wisconsin Industrial Staffing is a fast growing, staffing agency in Wisconsin. We currently have our main office in Appleton with anticipation of continuous growth through the Fox Valley. With 60 years of combined experience in Human Resources, Wisconsin Industrial Staffing is ready to work for you whether employer or employee, to provide you with the absolute best experience with us. Having local management allows us to have a representative of Wisconsin Industrial Staffing stop at your location to supply information, answer questions and, address any concerns. As for our employees, we have an open-door policy for all employees past, present and future.

We are available Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.  We conduct open interviews Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Other interview times are available by appointment. HOW MUCH DOES it COST to USE TEMP EMPLOYEES?

The bill rate is determined by the skills needed by the temporary employee to fulfill the specific requirement of the job order. The specific job the employee will be doing will also affect the bill rate. A rate will be determined upon concluding a review of your needs. You will find that utilizing a staffing service, for any of your positions, will not only save you time but money also!

HOW MUCH TRAINING is INVOLVED? 

Our business is specific and requires a lot of training but, we can assist you in helping us so everyone can win. With our pool of applicants, we are able to access the thousands of employees in our databases and find the specific qualifications you are looking for. We have the ability to fill job orders that our clients have had opened for months.

WHAT ABOUT LARGE PROJECTS?

Wisconsin Industrial Staffing is constantly recruiting and always has pre-screened applicants on file. We also contract with local van agencies, so if the need arises, we will even transport employees to your work site.

 

HOW we HANDLE SHORT NOTICE PROJECTS?

The more notice we get the better for everyone, but we realize that unexpected things arise. Wisconsin Industrial Staffing has many pre-screened applicants waiting for an opportunity to work. We inform every pre-screened applicant that short notice assignments come available often and they should be ready at any time. We place employees’ on the work site within minutes of receiving the call from our clients.
